Step 1: Get started
Order online in a few minutes, or book a 30-minute walkthrough first if you’d like to talk it through. Either way, we start by learning how your front office runs today.
Step 2: We build and configure
Our Trailhead onboarding (typically 2–4 weeks) sets it up for you: HOPE configured with your services, FAQs and booking rules, plus reminders, review requests, reactivation and your website.
Step 3: You review and approve
Call HOPE, read the messages, check the website. Tell us what to change. Nothing goes live until you’re happy with it.
Step 4: Go live
HOPE starts answering on your existing line and the follow-ups start running. We’re a call away when you need something.
